I feel more latin!

I like wearing them big hoops cause they make me feel as though I am feminine they make me feel asthough I could be on stage with Destinyʼs Child I like how they look I like how they glisten in the light how they contrast my dark eyes how them latin boys compliment me as I walk by when I wear them hoops I feel closer to my mama I feel latin I feel loud proud of some culture I vaguely represent a language I understand but rarely speak I feel like the girl on the street corner with the pumps and the red lipstick talkin too fast on the phone lookin to hot for the corner my mama would wear red lipstick all the time even to the gym you know the girls the exquisitely straight black hair against their puff daddy coat hood rimmed with fur chewing gum sassy assssss with them hoops hoops make me feel bigger make my personality seem bigger than it is maybe even bigger than yours makes my presence feel heard at least maybe well anyways, I like the way they feel when they dangle when they graze my neck the way they sparkle in that moonlight I feel more Latin I feel more alive I feel closer to my mama who wears red lipstick all the time Sadie Ruth Coughlin_Prego
